One of our three major specialties, Joshu Jidori, is a pure domestic chicken that Gunma Prefecture is proud of.In pursuit of a "more elastic, juicy texture" and "more delicious flavor," the chickens are raised with love, fed plum vinegar and mulberry leaves.Enjoy it in a variety of ways, including teppanyaki and yakitori.
